Drawing and Painting Workshop

Between body and paper

Drawing and painting workshop

with Isabel Baraona

April 24th 2026

This school

Between body and paper, a breathing line emerges.

A gesture that needs no words.

A drawing that is presence — an inner mirror.

This encounter opens a space to slow down, feel and create.

With eyes open or closed, the body speaks, the hand responds,
and paper becomes a territory of the invisible.

An invitation to decelerate.
To let the line care for the mind.
To find, in a simple gesture, a place of refuge.

Will you draw the unsayable?

Between body and paper, the line is born — breath, gesture and presence.
In this plastic encounter, guided by Isabel Baraona, drawing is explored as a practice of attention and mental care. The body draws the invisible; the line traces the unsayable, becoming breath, while paper becomes a mirror of silence.

Through moments of silence, movement and creation, the workshop opens space for well-being and inner reflection, fostering a dialogue between art and mental health. Drawing is approached as a tool for self-awareness, bodily expression and care.
